The Card Player Poker Tour is set to return to bestbet Jacksonville poker room for the eighth straight year, with the 11-event series running from May 8-18 in 2020. A total of $300,000 in guaranteed prize money is set to be up for grabs.
The whole affair will kick off with a $100,000 guaranteed $360 buy-in no-limit hold’em event. The tournament features four different starting flights, with two getting underway each day at noon and 6:00 p.m. local time on both May 8 and 9. A champion will be decided on May 10.
The series features something for every player, with all events allowing unlimited re-entries within the registration period. Buy-ins will range from as low as $150 up to the $1,100 buy-in CPPT bestbet Jacksonville no-limit hold’em main event.

The four-day no-limit hold’em tournament begins at noon on May 15 with the first of two starting flights. The past few years have seen the $200,000 guarantee in this event easily surpassed, with the 329-entry turnout in 2019 creating a final prize pool of $319,130. Dylan Drazen emerged with the title and the trophy in 2019, taking home $62,613 as the champion.
Registration for the main event will remain open until the start of level 10. The final table of the main event will be streamed on Card Player in conjunction with bestbetLIVE.
There will be plenty of satellites available for players looking to win their way into CPPT events at a discount. The will also be a $590 w/$60 re-buys MEGA satellite for the ’WSOP Main Event Travel Package,’ which includes a $10,000 buy-in into the
2020 WSOP main event and $3,000 travel money.
